March 31 · Reflection
As one stretch of days closes, the Stoics looked back without clinging and forward without dread. Marcus treated each day as a small life, lived and then released. You can do the same as this month ends: take what it taught you, the patience practiced, the things survived, the small good moments, and carry them gently forward. You don't have to wrap it up perfectly or have learned every lesson. Just notice that you made it through, that some of it was hard and some of it was kind, and that you're still here, still becoming. Be thankful for the road behind you, and stay open to the one ahead.
