I live this day fully, not borrowing tomorrow's weight.

Seneca watched people postpone living, always saving real life for later. But you only ever have today, this hour, this breath. The future is a story your mind tells; the past is gone. Living fully doesn't mean cramming the day with busyness. It means being here for it, the coffee, the task, the face in front of you, instead of half-here and half in some imagined trouble ahead. You don't have to solve tomorrow right now. Tomorrow gets its own attention when it arrives. For now, let this day be enough to hold. Most of what we dread never even comes.

Inspired by the old idea of present moment. Written by Ugo Charles.
