Seneca noticed that wealth is measured not by what you have but by what you crave. A person with little who wants little is richer than one with much who always wants more. The chase for more isn't wrong, but if 'enough' is always one step ahead, you'll never arrive. This is about your relationship with money, not your bank balance. You can keep building, saving, earning, and still decide that what you have today is enough to be at peace with today. The two aren't enemies. Contentment now and effort toward later can hold hands. The trick is not letting the wanting steal the having.
