At a month's close, the Stoics would have you take stock, not to grade yourself harshly, but to learn. Seneca described ending each day by asking what he did well and where he fell short, then resting easy with both. A month is just a longer version of that. Some days you met with patience and care; others got the better of you. Both are normal. The point isn't a perfect record; it's a steady, honest practice of beginning again. Keep the small wins, the moments you stayed kind or calm. Forgive the rest. Tomorrow opens a fresh page, and you carry forward only what helps you live a little better.
